Chad's sister Alli flew into L.A. to hang out with us this weekend.  Saturday we went shopping, and then Alli and I went and shot pictures while Chad was busy.  I think they turned out cute!  I also introduced her to Pinkberry!  She doesn't know it now but in a few days she will have Pinkberry withdrawals...it's soooo good!

Free Family Sessions!

Ok now that I have the Wedding portfolio built up I need to build up a family portfolio.  So I am looking for families to fill 5 spots between now and December.  The session is totally free, and includes the negative files on disk.  Your session will be put on a proofing site, and you are welcome to buy any prints if you like.   As for my Utah peeps, I may be full up on sessions when I am there.  I would like a fall wedding there though.  If anyone knows of someone who needs a wedding Thanksgiving weekend, I would do one there for free too, just to have it in the portfolio.  If anyone is interested in a session e-mail me (press the contact tab above).  Thanks!

Blog Neglect

Ok I'm sorry I have neglected you blog!  I as such a busy wedding season I am now enjoying my weekends off:)  After all I only get 4 a month.  I am starting to get a yearning to take more photos.....so my next post will be announcing free family sessions.  I have built up a portfolio of weddings this year...but I now need to build up my family portfolio.  So where have I been the last month?  Well Chad and I have been looking at houses we are waiting to hear back on this one http://www.redfin.com/CA/Pasadena/675-E-Howard-St-91104/home/7262382 It is a short sale so it has to be approved by the sellers bank.  We shall see if that happens.  But there are other good ones coming on the market.  Chad's Car broke and had to be fixed.  Then a girl from Washington State decided to run into my car, so it spent a week at a body shop.  I sadly have been caught up in reading the Twilight series....where a high school girl falls in love with a vampire.  Cheesmo, why can't I put it down?  A friend at Disney, said the same thing... what is it about the book...it isn't written well?  My father had his knee replaced.  And I guess all is well because yesterday he was leaving for the elk hunt.  Oh! and I need to announce that my sister in law Jodee had their first baby, Emily Jo.  It will be fun to take pictures of her when we get to Utah.  We will be in Utah from Thanksgiving Day, to that Monday.  Not super long but I'm looking forward to it.  On one last note...I am finally so excited that last night I walked out of work to a chill in the air!  I love autumn!  We really don't get one here.  It has been 100 degrees for the past few days and yesterday it actually was around 65! It was funny to see all the people who had their hands out of their car windows just to feel the chilled air.  Today it Rained!  I love it!  Sorry I don't have pictures on this post, I will have another wedding to post soon enough!
